What is Kingsway United Soccer, and what is it all
about ?
KUS welcomes serious soccer players from the Kingsway Regional High
School sending districts: Swedesboro - Woolwich - East Greenwich - Logan
& South Harrison Twp's.
The best description of what we are
all about comes from our existing players and parents . . . .
|
Recently, current players and parents were asked to voluntarily
write a summary paragraph on, "What has Kingsway United Soccer meant to
you this year?" The following statements represent some of the
responses that were submitted:

Recently joining KUS, my daughter was welcomed with open arms at her
first practice with an already established team. The warm reception
was extended to me as well from the friendly family of involved
parents. The level of commitment to highly competitive soccer that KUS
offers is impressive. Skilled coaches support an environment of
focused training for committed families looking for serious soccer
development.

Playing for
Kingsway United Soccer
Playing for Kingsway United has been such an experience. A good one,
that is! I’ve learned so much from the coaches and even the
players. Back when I used to play town league, it felt like we had no
strategy. Now, we have a lot of strategies and we all work together as a
team. I also had no idea that there were so many moves, and even trick
plays that you could do. I feel that I have benefited from playing with
KUS by:
-
Making new friends
-
Learning new moves and
trick plays
-
Playing new positions
-
Having a team trainer
(Carlos)
-
Playing in tournaments
-
Also playing year-round
soccer
I
am looking forward to meeting new players this
year!

KINGSWAY UNITED SOCCER
Joining
KUS this past season has been a great experience for our family! Our
daughter has been playing indoor and outdoor soccer since the age of 5.
As parents, we know how frustrating it can be when communication amongst
players, coaches and parents is just not there.
Being a part of KUS
and watching the team work together, seeing how dedicated the coaches,
parents and of course the team are to the organization, is a great
feeling! The additional skills that our daughter is now learning from
her KUS coaches are skills that will make her an even better soccer
player for the future!
KUS is more than just another soccer team
to us, it’s a soccer family!

Let me start by saying you and your crew (Steve, Pat, Carlos) have
done a tremendous job with our daughters. You took a group of girls
who never played together as a unit and created a TEAM. I have enjoyed
watching Danielle grow and improve her skills with your training. As
you know, Danielle came from the Force in Mt. Laurel and she continued
to play for them for the first year that we lived down here. I did not
want her to play with a rec team, because I felt she needed to play in
a more competitive league since she had been playing for the Force for
years. Then when we got wind of your organization, I couldn't have
been happier. KUS gave her a place to play competitive soccer closer
to home, with girls she went to school with and would go to school
with in the future. Thank you so much for your dedication to our
daughters. You do a great job!
